Quiver Analytics FAQ

Still have questions? Contact us.

Quiver Analytics allows you collect information about how players are interacting with your games made with Godot, while still respecting their privacy. It works through a Godot plugin that allows you to send events to our servers. These events can be analyzed in the Quiver Analytics dashboards.

Yes, we made it as easy as possible to integrate Godot Analytics. All you have to do is install our plugin, add your authentication token, and then add a line a code for every event you'd like to capture. You can see the full documentation here. There's also a tutorial video. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to set up. If you get stuck, we're here to help.

By default, we don't store any personally identifying information. Instead we use a randomized ID that is tied to a particular device and not the player. We also don't allow any identifying information to be stored on our servers.

In addition, we give you fine-grained control over managing consent. You can choose to allow the player to opt into any data collection.

Because we're a privacy-friendly service, we don't allow any personally identifiable information to be stored on our servers. Attempts to store any such information may result in the termination of your account.

Also, because we generate unique random identifiers per device, we can't track players across devices.

See our pricing section.

An event is composed of an event name, an anonymized player ID, a timestamp, and an optional set of properties. For example, an event could have the name "Defeated enemy", a player ID of 12345, a timestamp of 12/31/2023 12:31pm UTC, and properties {type: "Frost Dragon", gold: 250}. Actions in your game are tracked as events in Quiver Analytics.

Yes, you can export your raw event data as a CSV file.

Nothing happens immediately. We'll get in touch with you to get you into the correct plan. If you don't upgrade your plan, we'll stop processing events and may limit access to the analytics dashboard, but your players' experience won't be affected.
